no **** there is no point
there is no point in replicating any media to other forms if they don't increase availability
why make a show out of comics/manga when you can just read the original comics/manga? its fun to see the different iterations, thats why
I dunno man, I prefer DBZ's manga to the anime. Naruto's manga over the anime, aside from the fight scene.
But recently, I prefer anime over manga, or both equally, for some new series. But **** DB Super though, **** that with a tire iron.
Sure i'm a little bothered that they changed their personalities more then they should have, but we really couldn't expect the same thing. A modern anime with the plot still stuck in what was cool in the 80's would tank.
Worst comes to worst, it's better than GT and I still have Z.
I enjoy Dragon Ball Super. It's got its problems, sure, but if you take off your nostalgia goggles and don't constantly compare it to the best parts of Z, it's not actually all that bad. Apart from Episode 5's animation. Picture directly related.
I can get the mentality, though. When you're rewatching plots from canon movies, it's not as easy to be entertained, so you get more critical, and the bad points become much more visible. And yes, it's way better than GT. Turning Goku back into a kid? Cutting Vegeta's hair? Making Uub, the hyped character from End of Z, a bitch? Making Pan an annoying brat and completely ignoring Bulla's half-saiyan potential? Giving Goku his own form that no one else gets until the very end of the show? Killing off Piccolo just because? Rant over. Super's better even with its plot issues.
I'm so glad I saw The Force Awakens on the premiere.
I know you guys too much to not know that there was going to be spoilers in every comment section for quite a while.
I just hope that people who haven't seen it has figured it out too, without finding it out the hard way.
I feel like if you don't want the movie spoiled, then going on fj or pretty much any other social media sites is pretty risky. I didn't touch the internet until I saw the movie. Too many assholes out there
My basic rule of thumb: when it comes to stories I care about, I just swear off internet from the time of release until I can see it myself. Generally motivates me to see it pretty fast.
