They do.

Think about it like this. Women tend (TEND, not universally here) to be hypergamous in their selection of potential mates. When there is one particularly superior male, numerous females will compete for his attention, and some if not all of them will experience rejection, even if they did not directly ask for sex or something but were simply attempting to curry attention and favor more subtly.

Women are fully capable of experiencing rejection just like men can.

I've rejected a girl before, so yes, they can be rejected y guys. For those curious, I just wasn't attracted/interested in her and didn't want to be in a relationship that I didn't want to be in.
