If we applied that to real world logic (im aware its just anime)
that means within 3 years anyone could surpass the strength, agility, and technique of Bruce Lee. aware there are many more people stronger than Bruce Lee but hes just the most popular.

Yeah, but king Kai also exclaimed how the southern universe was "all gone" in Broly TLSSJ, even tough Goku clearly teleports to a planet that Broly went through, and it's still intact. He's not always right.
