iridium (04/27/2015) [-] It's even harder in the manga, because you've had more time with the main character and watched the subtle growth he has as a character, not to mention it had more time for the goddess arc (The first 24 episodes covered 44 chapters, but the third season covered something like 70.
At least in the ending, he tries to make up for it and asks her out on his own volition. It's not the best ending to a Harem, but at least the Harem gets resolved, which is sadly the only thing I feel they got right about the ending.
