Well from what I've heard it should be okay if it's not taken so seriously, seems pretty over the top. But I hate seeing douchebags in anime, and MC (no offence makotoitou) seems to be the dickest of dicks so I probably won't watch it.
It really is just your standard harem anime where the guy screws a lot of girls but he becomes a douche because of that. it just has a twist in the end that is apparently not for the faint of heart
I can do with stupid harem anime where the the MC is indecisive as **** even if he doesn't want to hurt anyone, but this... And since I already know the macabre twist it would pretty much be raging over a ****** for 12 episodes for no result.
(I forgot to precise I don't actually like useless ecchi, and kissxsis seems full of it) Plus it has a setting that... I can't watch with a clear conscience.
Most anime fans just piss me off nowadays. They think Japanese is so cool, yet they don't know the language. They "love" the Japanese culture, yet know nothing of it. They'll have some ****** "katana" that was American made out of aluminium in a mold. They eat fake sushi while pretending to know how to use chopsticks.
Don't get me wrong, I love watching a few different anime series's, but that doesn't mean that I have to feel like Japanese culture is superior.
There are still those few who are like "yeah I watch anime, I don't bathe myself in Japan everyday though," and to those few, I thank you.
I love anime, but I don't think I know much about Japanese culture
But you gotta admit, that stuff just makes you wish you could do some things you never could, like going on a trip to Kyoto, participate in a Cultural Festival, or have a club at school.
I don't watch "school life," just my opinion, but that sounds boring as **** , lol. I guess it's no more cliche as is kids going to New York here, or to South America for spring break.
I thought areas of Europe of all places would have a lot of heritage festivals. That's really strange. Now I can kind of see how that all works. I guess I can see why that would be attractive, also I guess people from Europe do it a little differently, I think kids here take the whole Japanese thing way too far, though.
