I got invaded by some guy in fat armor with a shotel that one hit killed me in one hit. He invaded me in the same area across 4 days, in the Church by the gargoyles.
Short gaming periods on first playthrough. And I was making sure I had found everything, and apparently I had missed a boss, an armor set, and a different entrance to the forest.
I want a game that builds up some epic tale of your rags to riches story fighting gods and men to carve out your own piece of the world and then the final boss is some ******* random dickstain that shanks you with a poisoned blade as your buying some soup and you die with all your dreams unrealized and your would be kingdom in ruins. and have it be QTE without using them anywhere else in the game and make the final monologue just like an hour of how you thought your great adventure was awesome when really nothing but misery and pain for everyone except you and how they rejoiced after your assassination and the world found true peace and a beneficent leader now that your no longer ******* everything up.
It's a cool idea on paper, but in practice I'd prefer to have my game's ending be satisfying - or not - basing on how I played it, not regadless of it. Mass Effect has shown already what happens when your hero beats the **** out of entire galaxy, aliens ancient or not, and in the end you just die because **** you and this is the end.
Oh, I was expecting something else, well I'm not going to start digging though a genre I don't watch just to find something I might find interesting.
