That's what I was thinking! It's like the binding energy of a neutron (constituate mass: 1 up + 2 down quarks~9 MeV/c^2, total neutron mass: ~940 MeV/c^2).

Oh god. About 120 pounds of mass condensed from energy. Not only is that an enormous amount of energy in itself, but the energy required to condense it is just insane. We're talking an amount that makes the world's nuclear arsenal look like one of those small toy snap things
