Well, His "special power" a Stand called "Sticky Fingers" makes it so that Anything he touches is able to be opened with a Zipper.
For example, He can hit a wall and open it up and walk through it then zip it up again. Or use multiple zippers to Break apart opponents, etc.

So yes, he can literally unzip His dick.

There's just one problem, though - the animators have dicks. The reason anime boobs are large, jiggle like jello and are not bound by the laws of physics is because your average animu animator has never held a pair in their life, so they lack a basis for comparison ( same goes for tiddies and genitals in hentai. ******* think vaginas are made of latex or some **** ). However, everyone who owns a dick has held it at least once in their lifetime, meaning they'd probably be able to draw pretty damn realistic dongers. And realistic dongs don't flop around when you're stationary.
