Don't know why you're getting thumbed down, my comment with the IS-3 was just a joke poking fun, hell, I thumbed the guy up. I like a lot of Germany's early to mid-WWII tanks and they really do have one of the best, if not the best MBT in the world as of now with the Leopard 2.

That remains to be seen. I think the Armata has major potential, but just like the French Leclerc, it hasn't seen any real action yet. I'm very excited to see the reports and videos of this thing working, I want it to be awesome.

They actually weren't very wasteful with their forces after around 1942, it was only early in the war where they suffered from crippling organizational issues that they would ever even consider attempting to Zerg rush their enemies.
