I've seen it, and it seems that screwattack did a lot of research, but there are a lot of people who disagree, and frankly, im not an expert on either, so i dunno who would really win if screwattack is wrong. They seem to be correct tho

Yeah, except Goku from start to finish is the SAME exact character. Naruto starts as a depressed, lonely orphan with no friends and is now the most respected and trusted living ninja in the known area.

Goku knew from the beginning that no matter what you were doing you should have fun with it. Even if you were fighting to the death on a daily basis.

Also, if we scale character development on how famous they get Goku still wins. He goes from a completely unknown kid in the mountains to the defender of Earth. And if you go by GT he is also the protector of the whole fucking universe.

1) GT isn't canon, 'cause Toriyama didn't make it.
2) It's not on how famous the character got in-universe. Naruto's personality, character changed throughout the series. He was a 13 year old boy who was depressed and ignored. His character attributes were his delusions (Hokage), his dreams of friendship, his overestimation of ability (vs. Sasuke), his need for romance (with Sakura), and his obsessive need for attention. Throughout the series his character was hammered into someone who knows his limits, who doesn't push himself onto others but coaxes them into wanting to be with him, he outgrew his need for a relationship (Shown in the 5 Kage Summit Arc when he turned down Sakura) (And not to say he's asexual, just not SUPER obsessed), he knows how to lead and inspire, and can make complex moral decisions. His character GREW. I'm not saying he's better than Goku, but Goku is the same guy from his first meeting with Bulma to taking on Uub to train. His role in the world around him changed but he was always the same exact guy.

to be fair every member of the cry faced truamatic deaths and situations, i think naruto or goku would fit in with them no problem but goku and luffy would fight all the time over who gets to kick someones ass or for sure for the food sanji makes

its weird going from Chopper to Brooks the crew members that joined got older.

Chopper is the youngest on the crew technically but then yeah Robin, Franky and Brook all got older. I kind of forgot what their ages were specifically other than that the origional 5 were around 17-19 and then Franky was like 35 and Brook was much older since he was dead for a while.

Brooks was 88 when he joined only reason i remember is because its his height, but now he's 90 so it does match up anymore

One Piece is just such a good show. But Luffy will be getting a new crewmate soon and I think its gunna be a fishman of some sort.

Buuuuut the major thing that I would like to see in One Piece regardless of the practicality, is that Ace had a son. This would mean that the bloodline of the pirate king moves on and it will create a character that can grow up along with the crew like the way that Coby sort of did.

Well the pirate kings blood line ended with Ace, but Ace's devil fruit is up for the taking hope the crew encounters that person.

Well if Ace had a son that no one knew about kinda like with Roger... then the bloodline would live on and his son could find a devil fruit and become a strong pirate as well or follow Garp's dream and become a Marine.

Idk man Ace was 20 when he died. He became a pirate at 17. I don't think he found a girl in that time frame.
