Someone told me about spice and wolf and said, "it's an economics one." And I'm like, "haha yeah that's cool money and stuff, right?" And then I sit down and watch, and it's got like tariffs and supply and demand and trade agreements. Stayed for the wolf girl tho.
The biggest impression I got from the anime was how they turned something simple like a kidnapping in to a goddamn economics war that could make a kingdom collapse.
More like swell with expectant tatas and instead getting an in depth story and an interesting look at medieval business practices. Gods I love Spice and Wolf
That's actually something from the light novel. the manga has significantly less weird proportions (thought the eyes are still ******* huge on the chick). The novels were actually pretty good though
