Well, just think about it - Hawkeye quoted that, what makes Luffy so dangerous is his ability to ally himself with people in seconds.

Right now, possible allies of the Strawhats include those groups:
The Giants led by Boogy and Woogy, the armies of Drum and Alabasta, the monkey pirates and maybe even the forces of Skypia, the Foxy pirates, the shipwrights of Water 7, Frankie House, all the freed souls from Thriller Bark, Perona, etc, the Law pirates, Silvers Rayleigh, everybody who helped the strawhats while they where seperated, the Whitebeard Pirates + Allies, Newkama Island Forces, some of the Revolutionaries, the Amazones, Buggy Pirates and the Impel Down-Escapées, the Fishman Forces, the Brownbeard Forces, maybe Smoker, Tashigi, Aokiji and G5 as soon as Smoker finally realizes that the marines don´t stand for what he stands for and Tashigi realizes that she´s all splooshy for Zorro, the Dressrosa Forces, Bartolomeos Crew, nearly ALL Gladiators with their respective crews/armies/groups, whatever.

And we´re only halfway through the whole thing. At the end of OP, Luffy will "lead" a ******* army if he wants to. Probably only because he wants to wear an armour or generals clothes, tho.

Technically Robin was actually the first to know about Sabo... She wasn't really part of the 'army', so that counts I guess. Plus a lot of other people seemed to know him by name without being told it, though they weren't ever important.

Has Sanji really not been seen for a year..? I'm not entirely sure.

Also, I kind of hated the Marine Ford War, mostly because of the strange pacing. It would take Luffy 1-3 chapters or 3 whole episodes to get half way up to where Oars Jr had fallen down before he was interrupted, but then there was times people would get there in literally seconds.

It felt like the area was supposed to be bigger than it actually was.

Whole pacing of the anime has been really off ever since impel down already . Though the current , Dressrosa arc is suffering the most from bad pacing imo .

They arent really keen on making whole filler arcs like in naruto ( cant blame them for that ) and such and anime caught up to the manga so that's making it kind of awkward .

So ye, hopefully Sanji manages to get Big Mom on his side by cooking, seeing as she's a glutton, and survives that way. Another possibility, though even less probable, is that the warthog lady from Thriller Bark might be child, seeing as she gave them her mothers vivre card and talked as if her mother was some big shot in the new world. Dunno of Big Mom is gonna respect her daughters friends much though, but we can hope.

I don't think Sanji will cook anything for Big Mom, because he not going to be attracted to her. Still I like your idea of the Strawhats befriending Big Mom through Sanji's cooking. It really sounds like something Oda would do.

I totally forgot about the warthog lady, if she's really related to Big Mom then maybe she'll go easy on the Strawhats. But then again Luffy did really insult her and took the blame for her missing candy.

The next arc is probably going the involve either Kaido or the Revolutionary army. I would love to see some Dragon.

I don't think Kaido will do anything for a bit. He'll probably be busy with Black Beard or Shanks on his own end, and start going after the Strawhats after Dofla is dealt with.

I think the next arc is going to start with Jimbei joining up with the Strawhats, finally, and then they'll either deal with Big Mam or it's possible they'll finally go to Wano Country. Dofla was interested in the samurai kid, for some reason, and those three samurai may want to go home... If they aren't on the run from something. I don't actually recall what their story is.

I'm curious on how strong Dragon is compared to Sabo, to be honest. Sabo is the 'second in command' and he's strong enough to take out a hole arena with one move. I feel like Dragon being in the Marine Ford war would have definitely caused the entire island to explode from him and Whitebeard going crazy.

Also, Buggy is the best captain.

I can't wait for Luffy to kick Doflamingo's ass, although Law is probably just going to kill him when he's down. I can't imagine him just going away quietly after getting defeated.

I would love it if Jinbe would finally join the crew, but if that ever happens he's probably going to be a temporary member just like Vivi was. I just hope the samurai would just go away. Although a trip to the Wano Country could be interesting for Zoro.

I think we can't start to imagine how strong Dragon is. Personally I think he can control the weather or something, just remember Loguetown and the weird as **** storm that came out of nowhere.

Buggy is best captain and best Shichibukai.

That image... if only that was Hawkeye's actual reaction. Honestly, Buggy might be the one guy Hawkeye can't ever beat. At least with his sword.

Jimbe will, at least, be with them for awhile. I think it's likely he'll leave too, though. It doesn't really feel like he'd have a job except Helmsmen or something. Plus he just... I dunno. Doesn't really fit the crew, or that's how it feels. Plus most people want them to get a female Logia member.

The samurai are pretty annoying... especially with how perverse they are. Especially the kid. It's not really funny, but I guess it's Oda's humor.

The Dragon thing 'controlling the weather' seems to be a famous rumor, probably because how there's a storm around him every time he shows up. He's also said to be the 'most dangerous' man for the Navy. Being able to create a storm over top of their base or ships would be rather dangerous for them.

I'm hoping Buggy is actually strong, to be honest. I want him to be at least a slight challenge for Luffy, and I feel like he's talented enough to do something for himself that isn't inspiring a bunch of weird prisoners.

What if he cut him with haki? If Buggy could withstand that he'll be unbeatable.

I have the same feeling. A female Logia member would be pretty awesome, but it going to be hard to include more and more crew members that'll get a permanent role.

Imagine Dragon making it rain on battlefield, with that he could easily weaken all devil fruit users. There's also a funny rumour about Dragon being an ex admiral.

Buggy on his own isn't really a challenge for Luffy. I think even Nami could defeat him. Buggy's reputation is build a him being a member of Roger's crew, being Shanks friend and busting out of Impel Down with a ton of high bounty pirates.

I'm can't wait to see Zoro's new technique in the next chapter.

I think Buggy automatically dodges all cutting attacks. It's a bit different than Luffy's "rubber" body, after all, but it's possible Hawkeye was simply not using Haki there... though I don't know why he wouldn't. Haki didn't have that "black" coloring back during the war, and Hawkeye's sword was black to begin with, so we may never know. Akainu seems to have some way to avoid Haki attacks though.

They still need someone to man the helm, as that job shifts between Chopper and Franky so far. They need someone to handle the sails as well, along with someone fast to handle supplies. There was also someone who tries to tell if the ship is sailing well, but I think Franky and Nami take care of that job on their own. Oda said there will only be 10 members, which may or may not include Luffy, so.. who knows?

Water has to be up to their knees or something for it to drain their powers. Not sure if BlackBeard would even be affected by that either, since he'd just suck it all up like the fatty he is. Think the biggest threat would be Haki infused wind/lightning attacks from literally anywhere. It's also highly possible he was an Admiral, since he's Garp's kid, but who knows~?

That's what I'm saying, though. I feel like he should be a challenge, since he was the first villain. Not to mention he was on Roger's crew and ... I dunno. He's got a lot of potential. If he knew Haki, he could have potentially locked someone down with a move from one of the video games.

"Chop Chop Festival" where he spins around with knives on every part of his body like a tornado. There's also how you can coat 'weapons' in Haki, so he could use his body parts to just chuck a huge amount of haki-infused weapons at someone at extreme speeds. I'd call it like... 'Chop Chop Armageddon' or something. Plus he's a natural chemist, if the Buggy Ball is any indication, so he could mix some explosions in there.

I'm fully expecting Zoro to just chop Pica straight down the center, but since it's plan 'E', maybe we'll see a technique called 'Eagleeye' or something silly like that which will be a three-slash version of the wave technique Hawkeye was using in Marine Ford.

Buggy using Haki and Chop Chop Festival would be pretty cool. But honestly I don't think Buggy is getting mayor power-ups, at least not enough so pose a challenge for Luffy.

I can't really remember, but in one of the early chapters/episodes Luffy says something about what kind of crew members he wants. And I think some of the jobs he said aren't filled by anyone.

I have this theory that Zoro didn't lose his left eye. It's just closed because he's hiding some crazy ass powerfully move he learned during his training with Mihawk. So yeah 'plan E' for eagle-eye sounds good.

Hmm.. I don't recall what he says either, but I guess those were probably hints. He did hint about how his carpenter with look, since he drew a picture that apparently looks like Franky.

I'm pretty sure he didn't lose his eye either. There was a funny image in the anime, not sure if it was in the manga, where a Den Den Mushi had Zoro's "scar" and closed eye, but it opened up when Luffy started talking on it.

Plus Hawkeye's ... eyes seem to be rather unique. It's possible Zoro has one like that too.

Damn, now that you mentioned Mr. 3, I started to wonder what Crocodile is up to. He's still one of my favourite One Piece villains.

The only thing I remember is him saying he wants a musician and well Brook got that covered really well.

I remember that Den Den Mushi with the scar and stuff, but I don't remember if it opened it's eye. I'll re-watch some episodes. Yeah, that's also part of my theory, maybe fighting with one eye closed or something gives you hawk-eyes. Hehehe Hawkeye's hawk-eyes.

Or maybe for a clue for the next member for the crew we should take a look at Blackbeard's crew. Because if I remember correctly for each Strawhat there is a member of Blackbeard's crew that is the opposite of them.

Another fun fact about Bartolomeo: (Possible spoiler, not really though) I forget what episode it was (It's in the late 600's, when he sees Zoro from the Colosseum) He finally confirms for us that Zoro is in fact Luffy's second in command, the vice captain of the Strawhats. Not that important, but it's nice knowing.

Many people of the world that knew about the Revolutionary Army knew who Sabo was and that he was alive. Luffy was just ignorant about it, the guy didn't even know his own father was the most wanted man. Theres even a good chance that his own crew knew sabo was alive they just didn't even realize that Luffy had any relevence to him.

Oda never specifically said "war". He did however say that the last arc would make marineford look miniscule.

Oda's main inspiration to keep drawing is so that he can draw the last page of One Piece. He claims that it will be the greatest thing he will ever draw when the time comes.

Gaimon is Oda's favorite character and a sort of "prototype" to Blackbeard.

Roger is a stereotypical pirate lookin dude not just Blackbeard. (along with a lot of fodder)

Law's mother is assumed to have the "D." in her name. (His dead father was not smiling)

Zoro was meant to be apart of Buggy's crew. Zoro's three sword style was meant to be a circus attraction but now its just badass.

The crew split up a while ago, sanji, nami, the samurai kid, chopper etc who left dressrosa whilst luffy, zoro, franky, robin etc stayed in dressrosa, the story has only focused on luffy and his half of the crew in dressrosa whilst sanji and his half of the crew have just been sailing but we haven't been updated on what they're doing, it's been a year since they split up and therefore sanji hasn't been seen, neither has nami, chopper etc.

Plus, Steve Blum is in it, and other amazing voice actors. I feel closer to the characters when they speak my native language I have figured out. I can't compare it to the source material though, since I haven't seen any subbed.

Some people say Luffy's voice actress in the Funimation's English dub is the best Luffy voice.
