This Anime Facts compilation contains spoilers mainly from anime film "Naruto: The Last" and some from the end of the Naruto manga, just a warning so no-one starts bitching that I ruining Naruto for them

As of Naruto The Last (NTL), Sasuke’s skill with chidori has grown to the point where he is able to completely obliterate a falling meteor.

In NTL, Sakura believes Naruto never really loved her and tells him: “you only liked me because I liked Sasuke and you didn’t want to lose to him”.

Kishimoto added the red scarf to NTL because he recently received a scarf as a gift from his wife.

Boruto’s name is the Japanese pronounciation of the English word “Bolt”, his name is a reference to his 2nd cousin Neji whose name means “Screw”. Bolt's name can be read as a lightning bolt which references his Grandfather’s famous “Flying Thunder God” technique.

Boruto’s and his sister Himawari’s hair are actually supposed to resemble the shape of a leaf, although Kishimoto's idea backfired when he made Naruto's children have the most retarded haircuts in the series.

Himawari's name is a Japanese word for “sunflower” which is a reference to her clan and her mother as when reversed her name spells “Hyuga” which can also be read as “Hinata”.

When Boruto defaces the Hokage Monument he writes insults on the faces of all Hokage except Kakashi’s where he simply paints lipstick on him.

In the first concept art for “Naruto: The Last”, Naruto was 173cm (5'8") tall, it was later changed to 180cm (5'10").
