More context on the End of Evangelion fact:

Asuka's voice actress, Yuko Miyamura, mentioned in an interview that Asuka's final line in the movie was her own idea. The original script called for the line "An'ta nanka ni korosareru no wa mappira yo!" meaning "I'd hate to be killed by a bastard like you!", but both the voice cast and the director were at a loss over how the line should have been delivered, Ogata even attempted to strangle Miyamura in frustration. In the end the director told Miyamura to imagine a stranger masturbating over her while she was sleeping and asked her what she would think/say after finding out. Miyamura's reply: "Kimochi warui" = "I feel disgusting".

Once again those are bigger than their heads. (I've some other gripes to that picture like how it's basically just really dull and boring compared to a lot of other Robin hentai out there that tries to imbue some measure of character into the pics beyond "We're sexy, fap to us." but let's leave those gripes aside for now.)

Oda's waists are really unrealistic, as are many of the proportions of his characters, but those two have chests so large their backs would be ****** up beyond all belief! I'm fine with an absurd art style like Oda's but if all of the other proportions of the body are meant to be properly drawn I'd appreciate it if the boobs were too.

(And yes, I always have such high standards of my porn and of any media I consume for that matter. It's a curse but even when cock-jockying myself I can't stop my brain from pointing out all of the reasons that poorly-drawn characters would be totally unsexy in reality.

And yes, Oda's art-style gets a pass because it's an artistic style. Having massive, inflate-a-boobs but everything else drawn properly doesn't count as a style. If you can't make a properly proportioned woman sexy then don't try in the first place. I get that it's a fetish but it ain't mine.)

First Half:
Kirito is basically asked to investigate a nerve gear game called Gun Gale Online because a player is somehow killing people in real life by shooting them in the game. Kirito meets a girl named Sinon and they join the games tournament to try and stop the guy. (Its pretty cool, about ask good as the aincrad part of season 2)
Second Half:
Everyone goes into Alfheim Online again, theres a new player that is apparently beating everyone in a duel then you get the whole backstory about them, its actually pretty sad. (Like in season 1, the second half is alot weaker than the first half but this arc is better than season 1's alfheim arc imo).

Ah sorry I got confused because you said appealing. To me S1 Part 2 was awful, it completely wrecked Asuna for me and the basis of the story seemed dull, in S2 Part 2 I actually felt Asuna was back to her normal self in some parts, there were even some feely feels, even so I still thought S2 P2 was weaker than S2 P1 because it was much more relaxed and felt like a fantasy slice of life.

SAO's second season is, from start to finish, utterly abysmal. For starters Kirito has never been this obscenely overpowered before (though he has been pretty OP since the beginning). He is apparently the only person in the entire game who knows how to make the lightsaber an effective weapon and he does so with apparent ease. The entire Gungale game is both highly illegal based on the way it breaches finance laws (there is no "Legal Grey Zone" that it occupies unless some specific legislation was pushed through to make it legal which is a poor excuse) and even it it was legal the game itself is really poorly designed and inconsistent, worse even than Aincrad and Alfenheim. These games are all clearly designed in order to look good in an anime and not to actually make any mechanical sense.

The art design is once-again stellar but just like Michael Bay's Transformers it doesn't matter how much polish goes on it's still gonna stink because there was literally no point to blue-hair-Mc-Gunsaphobe. She is just there to join Kirito's harem of cock-hungry, rejected lovers (including Klein) that for some reason all hang out together and follow Kirito and Asuna around and seem to have no actual lives outside of their worship of Kirito.

And speaking of blue-hair-Mc-Gunsaphobe... I wasn't expecting much from the series that thought Loli-tentacle groping was a funny joke (oh yeah, that happens again, so great that has become a recurring joke in this series) but we are introduced to Shinon's ass and cameltoe BEFORE we're introduced to Shinon's face. In fact, we see an awful lot of this 14-year-old and I gotta say it's kinda freaky-creepy, especially knowing exactly what kind of audience SAO is partly marketed to *cough* Otakus *cough*. There are times when the camera pans down just to get a look at her fine little jailbait butt for christ's sake!

Now, setting and sexuality aside, do I actually have any issues with the story? Yes. A lot, actually, like for one, why the hell, once Deathgun kills someone on live TV (also, I have no ******* idea how this entire series even happened in the first place because even now most MMOs keep logs of their players actions over the past week or so for the sake of tracking griefing and confirming any complaints they get so how the **** is there no record of this Deathgun guy being in that bar when all the witnesses said he was and firing a gun when they said he did. Also, how the **** does nobody know this guy's name in an MMO? Why don't the names appear over people's heads? There should be some way of easily accessing the surface details of other players toons so why the **** was this whole thing necessary in the first place for any reason other than Gungale is a really terribly designed game) where was I...?

Oh right, Deathgun kills someone live on TV. Like, people are watching... Kirito's job is done. He doesn't have to fight Deathgun, he just has to investigate this **** and Deathgun just ******* outed himself!

And then there's Rapey-Guy #2. We had a rapey-guy in the first season and now we needed another rapey-guy. Yaaaaaaay. So, rapey guy has been standing over girl he seems to be completely obsessing over whilst she's alone in the house and is waiting ready to kill her (let's not get into how retarded and convoluted this plan to kill people is as I'm running out of space) and Kirito arrives to save her. On his own. A teenage kid who has just spent hours with his body in torpor is gonna face off against a armed murderer (who he totally has no idea if it's another teenager or not). He didn't call the government agency that was backing him up to show up with a SWAT team or anything, no he just ran his ass over there to take him on Prince Charming style.

There are people who have made reviews lasting hours breaking apart how awful SAO is. I've barely scratched the surface. SAO is popular because it had a good concept, good animation, and good art. Nothing else.

Your comment made my sides go into orbit, gave me a hearty chuckle and I can't say that you haven't perfectly described the first half of GGO nor do I not agree with you.

Despite all its imperfections, and there are many of them, it is to me still a fairly decent anime, the fight scenes were good, the animation like you said was ostentatious, the music was well composed. I watch SAO for a good gaming anime without having to worry about realistic things such as the mechanics and how unethical it would be, even though its flawed the anime still gives off a certain charm that gets me excited to watch it, to be a part of it, something that not many anime seem to pull off.

I believe the overall concept is good but like you said, it gets mildly wrecked by poorly designed perverts, tentacle groping and fan service but if that's want otaku want, thats what they get, its marketable.

Also, if you're short of good anime/manga I'd be happy to suggest some because good **** deserves to be watched and loved. Oh, and AMVs too I've got a lot of those saved into playlists so if you like AMVs I'm more than capable of blowing that rarely-used lump of grey-matter between your ears straight out of your head and onto the wall behind you with the mind-blowing (hue) AMVs that people have made over the years.

I've been meaning to watch Log Horizon but I'm on a few other anime atm.

I'll check him out, it's nice to watch a good reviewer every now and then, I've watched reviewers on youtube about 95% of them are just cringy whilst 5% are witty side splitting ***** .

Feel free to suggest me some, I won't watch them straight away because I have a large to watch list and I'm watching some pretty length anime already but it's nice to have some recommendations.

I don't really listen/watch AMV's but if you think you can change my mind then shoot.
