Urahara Kisuke was going to be the villain of the series originally, Aizen was going to be killed off instead of faking his own death.

The first Bleach draft was quite different, Soul Reapers were going to shrink when exerting too much power, in chapter 0 this happens to Rukia where she is washing herself in a coffee cup with Ichigo's toothbrush; Ichigo was far more interested in girls, especially Inoue. Orihime died in the beginning after being killed by her hollowified father, instead of going to Soul Society she decided to stay with Ichigo to cheer him on. This was one of many versions of Bleach to be shot down by publishers.

Ichigo's white inner hollow is often called Hichigo Shirosaki, "Shirosaki" comes from "Shiro" meaning "White" and "Kurosaki" which means "Black Promotory", "Hichigo" is short for "Hollow Ichigo".

Kenpachi Zaraki never makes it past 9th place in popularity polls in Japan however in America he tends to rank quite high due to his large popularity.

After the anime reached the Full bringer arc it became obvious to people that both the animators and voice actors were putting less effort in, the anime was pushed aside so the Naruto spin-off "Rock Lee and his ninja pals" could be made.

Strongest base form but could be beaten if someone went bankai on him.

Buuut in the Manga... serious spoiler here -> Nozarashi is his shikai. According to the wiki, he has always been partially released but was gaining no abilities or extra power from his sword due to the lack of communication. Now that he can control shikai, his sword transforms into a giant ******* cleaver which allows him to cut through basically anything, including giant meteors, his enemy's, and even space itself. Still no Bankai though

But even so don't you remember that when he was taken in he kinda hid (without his knowledge) his power slowly as to be able to fight on a more equal ground because he was having fun.

Yeah, he did like to hide his power to make fights more equal. But would always pull out something to put the fight in his favor, like removing the eye patch, or using two hands.

No no I mean farther than that when he fought with the old Kenpachi (who is now known as unohana) as a kid and he was so strong that he unknowingly limited his inner power as to not beat/kill her so he could continue fighting her. Btw Kenpachi is the title awarded to the strongest shinigami.

what i never understood about kenpachi is that he got his ass kicked by Shikai ichigo, but wrecked a transformed Nnoitra.

They explain exactly that in the manga, he naturally passively represses his own power so that it's at a level just above the person he's fighting and then ramps it up throughout the fight. The reason for this is because he's become subconsciously afraid that he'll kill all those with the potential to give him a good fight. Nnorita failed to really 'evolve' throughout their fight and showed that he had reached the limits of his potential while Ichigo managed to raise his maximum power enough to first wound kenpachi, and then deal him a decent blow allowing him to 'defeat' Kenpachi while he was at the stage of power he had lowered himself to in order to fight Ichigo. Kenpachi likes fightiing Ichigo so much because he realizes on some level that Ichigos potential power is nearly limitless.

In addition to this passive restriction of power he puts on himself sub consciously, he also wears the bells in his hair (that ichigo detected because he took Kenpachi seriously, but Nnorita did not) the eye patch (which Nnorita foolhardedly removed) and his two handed kenjutsu manuvars (which he used at the very end to finalize his defeat of Nnorita.)
