The scene where Ichigo first meets Tsukishima in the construction site didn't happen in the manga.

Hueco Mundo means "Hollow World" in Spanish, as you probably already guessed Kubo used a lot of Spanish specifically for hollow related things.

Ichigo's voice when using his Hollow mask is made up of his voice and his inner hollow's voice speaking at the same time.

Kubo sometimes assigns theme songs to his characters with the purpose of giving insight into those characters which may otherwise not be seen in the anime or manga. When drawing the character he'll listen to their theme song.

It was a popular fan theory for years that Masaki was a Quincy which would explain her ability to see ghosts and Isshin and Ryuuken's connection. It was then actually confirmed.

The 3rd movie, Fade to Black, was intentionally filled with "deja vu" to repeat older anime scenes, the hollow parasite that takes over Rukia's old friend was recycled too.

The Menos Forest arc would've been in the manga but Kubo was forced to cut it due to time constraints. In an interview Kubo also said he was going to do a storyline for each of Ichigo's classmates, Keigo, Tatsuki and Mizuiro, he wasn't able to do it because the executives told him to move up the schedule and get to the Soul Reapers.

Bleach is fairly popular in Japan but is beaten by quite a few series however in America it is typically in second place always beaten by Naruto in 1st.

In the French Bleach fandom, Hitsugaya is known as "La Crevette" meaning "The Shrimp" obviously referencing his height.

Very interesting that both the #1 and #2 spots on the anime charts are both Shonen Jump.

Hollow are spanish and whatever those vampires were called were german

Hollows: Spanish
Quincies: German (also the filler-only bount)
Fullbringers: English

I think bount souls were created in experiments conducted on quincy souls? their powers worked similarly in some ways, but the culture was very different.
