the anime makes me puke they just took so many details and rush everithing just watched episode 11 and ******* hated it the manga is a masterpiece while the anime is a píece of shyt

yeah, as someone who also read the manga before the anime even started, I gotta say that the adaption is sucking some major balls right now compared to the source. And this show can't be done properly in 12 episodes, the torture arc happens somewhere in the late 70's chapter, they are probably gonna do some axed anime original ending.

Akame ga kiru on the otherhand maybe super edgy but I actually like how that one is progresses so fat..

Hey, atleast they anime is doing its job in one aspect, gaining the manga some popularity. Like **** man, /a/ has been translating raws ************ day, hopefully the ride keeps going for a bit.

yeah, I guess the adaptions only there to boost the manga's popularity(as you said).

And this way with the anime will be ending off when kaneki gets his white hair they won't show the part when the story jumps the shark. I like tokyo ghoul but sheesh right after the torture arc the story literally changed from a psychological horror into just another battle shounen that's on bleach's level, full of over-the-top battles, power explanations and powerup transformations.

The story does go a little more nutty, but I like the parts with kaneki is struggling with his "parents" and him trying not to go full *******, also haven't seen what happened with junior. Gifisdefinitlynotrape

Honestly, the whole thing with him trying to not go crazy is a bit boring now since it happens during every single fight.

He gets injured fighting -> He hallucinates -> comes back to his senses -> rinse and repeat.

BTW, How far are you in the manga(current chapter?), after the /a/ scans I've read the raws to 138.

Spoiler Alert: After the tort arc there's like a year timeskip, they go further into the doctor who turneed kaneki into a ghoul and Rise is still alive(somewhat).

Ive read everything that has been translated, which includes 100-116, 120, and 133-138. I kinda wish there could be some arc with kaneki trying to deal with it and not just suppress it. Though I do wonder How long he has been crazy, because there are several things pointing to his madness being there long before the torture. Also Rip manager.
