Those pancakes look terrible, I bet they sat at the bottom of your stomach like a brick. Here is a friendly tip for you, when the pancake box/ recipe directions say to stir until JUST MIXED, they mean it. Stirring for a long time develops the gluten and makes them tough and not fluffy. Just like you knead bread, it's to develop the gluten. I would use the "consider the following" GIF but my computer is messed up.
