Wow, someone cutting you off on foot is annoying, I know that, but going hitting someone with your vehicle (Which is considered a potential weapon) once they're not even in your way anymore, and then getting out and kicking you? I'm sorry, but I would have smashed that ******* douche's window, dragged him out onto the sidewalk, and pounded his ugly ******* face into ******* paste across the pavement. I've gotten hit by cars before (some dumb cunt not paying attention in a parking lot, smashed into my hip while rushing for a spot after some other guy left. Another time some guy hit me coming out of the bank, idiot was on his ******* phone. I smashed his window, grabbed his phone, and snapped it in half, then broke his mirror. To this day I still haven't regained the full movement in my left arm) , seriously. Just let it ******* go, someone cut you off, you lost 5 seconds out of your day, just move on, not to make an utter ************* out of yourself.
The driver is definitely a psycho and the two guys in the background are two worthless pieces of **** as well. How can you stand there doing nothing the whole time?
**** you too, buddy. Sure, you might not agree with people thinking he deserved to get hit, but claiming that people should go die in a fire isn't acceptable.
if a guy walked in front of my car, makes me slam the brakes for him and doesnt even say sorry-no, doesnt even look back to acknowledge what he did, then i'd feel like doing the same thing..
Except he didn't jaywalk. He was either attempting an insurance scam, which the van avoided by slamming on his brakes, or is such an idiot that he accidentally walked that close to the car.
Either way he deserved it.
Before the gif loaded I assumed those were names from the Star Wars expanded universe and I got really confused because I had no idea who they were and I was expecting some kind of battle
That was unneccesary, why should he reset his/hers good action by making it into a bad one(Stopping and not killing the person, then deciding to hit him and potentially damage him)
Is *************** that the guy deliberately ran over him. Would have wrote the plates for that, that can be attempted murder if you get a good lawyer. You might be fined for jaywalking, and that may hurt the case a bit, but I highly doubt it'll be thrown out for it. His intentions to harm him were clear.
Also, traffic looked heavy, it's difficult and sometimes extremely unreasonable to cross at the "designated" points. I jaywalk when I need to, I can't be waiting for 2 hours to cross a 8-lane highway and walk a mile out of my way just to cross at an intersection.
I jaywalk as well, but only when it's clear from a visibly safe distance taking into account the speed limit of the road. If it's busy, I'll just use crosswalks like everyone else. Safety and responsibility is key.
Ultimately, I agree - the driver was completely out of line.
NAH NAH **** JAYWALKERS.
Every single ******* time Im driving in town some prick runs out in the street when not 10 feet away is the ******* crosswalk.
...
I don't even have to look back to my post; I know I gave an example that describes the exact opposite situation of what you gave. I did not validate your example.
***** I aint pointing fingers. I'm just saying I aint a fan of jaywalkers.
They endanger themselves and myself when I'm driving and it pisses me off because I'm trying to keep my insurance at a reasonable rate by not getting into accidents and these ************* wanna walk where they please. Theres sidewalks and crosswalks for a reason people need to ******* use them
inb4 funnyjunk advocates running into busy streets
Jaywalkers are annoying, but the only reason that they are annoying is because I don't want to hit a civilian with my car because it could seriously hurt them. So seriously hurting them is the last thing I would do to get revenge.
Not to mention, punishments should fit the crime and an appropriate crime for jaywalkers is a fine, not getting hit by a car.
