Well he works in California. I believe he helps calibrate the actual search engine. For example, if you along with a 1000 other people were to google "cat" he would take notice that the certain topic is getting more attention so he does something along the lines of getting appropriate links for what it is your searching for. I dont really know the details. when he explains it to me he is so intelgent, its like speaking another language.
