This just reminded me that I can't fit in alot of really cool cars.

Not because I'm a hamplanet, but because I'm 6'5".
Do you know how much that sucks?
This bitch chose to get fat, I didn't choose to be tall.

Not trying to white knight, but if you are 450 pounds, it's most likely because of medical issues.
User avatar #186 to #176 - lazaman (05/13/2014) [-]
I reject this statement.
User avatar #197 to #186 - emptysuperman (05/13/2014) [-]
If you're 300 pounds, yeah, most likely choice. But 450 would be near impossible to maintain through laziness and over eating.

You might be too tall, but at least you don't have to be painfully average 5'9". So many days I wish so hard for just one or two more inches, but alas I stopped growing years ago.

Letting it get out of hand like this is unacceptable, but she most likely didn't choose it. I know what it's like, I'm addicted to sugar and fatty foods so it's not very easy to eat healthy and I'm naturally lazy so I'm bad at exercising regularly.

Excuses excuses.
User avatar #202 to #189 - cannibalvegan (05/14/2014) [-]
That's not an excuse, it's just a fact. It's like telling a smoker who says that it's hard to quit because he's addicted that he just makes up an excuse, but he's not, he's just saying it's ******* difficult when you're addicted to something to just stop.

Feelin the 5'10" real hard right now. Feels pretty good.
User avatar #69 to #12 - commontroll (05/13/2014) [-]
It's why I love being 6'2". Tall enough to be an advantage against most in fights, let's me stand out of crowds, and people still think I'm really tall, without not being able to fit into tons of cars or in airplanes (even still just barely) or hitting my head on everything. Though I still hit my head on most things.
User avatar #89 to #69 - lazaman (05/13/2014) [-]
"Advantage in fights"

Dude, you should never consider your size to be a weapon.
With great size comes great responsibility.
User avatar #177 to #89 - commontroll (05/13/2014) [-]
Lolwut.

I have longer limbs meaning I can hit them before they can hit me. How is that meaning I'm using it for being a bully? And I consider my body to be a weapon, as everybody should. Some are upkept less and their users have less practice. Part of a weapon design is its size.
#157 to #89 - anonymous (05/13/2014) [-]
That made no sense and was a terrible, senseless reference.
User avatar #82 to #69 - flyingfeces (05/13/2014) [-]
6"2 isn't really tall now is it? I am 6"1 myself and I don't consider myself really tall at all. I think 6"4 and 6"5 is really tall.
I am from the Netherlands and the average height for males is like 6"0 here so that might influence my opinion though.
User avatar #178 to #82 - commontroll (05/13/2014) [-]
Note that I said people think I'm tall. I don't feel tall as most of my friends here in Texas are my height or taller, my brothers-in-law are 6'6" and 6'4". I find it weird when people think I'm really tall, but then I went to California and every other guy was at most 5'10".

But I agree, it's really not that tall, but hey, short people are crazy and inferior.

#38 to #28 - anonymous (05/13/2014) [-]
While I agree with you, because I have a family member that got fat because of valid medical reasons (heart and diaphragm problems making her essentially crippled, plus diabetes medication that made her gain weight quickly) I must thumb you down because I dislike you as a person. People are taking the bait, good work troll.

User avatar #80 to #39 - yodasoda (05/13/2014) [-]
As a chubby guy, I can confirm that eating too much is a choice.
User avatar #182 to #80 - myjeren (05/13/2014) [-]
It's not that simple, buddy.
User avatar #194 to #182 - yodasoda (05/13/2014) [-]
...I would know, I eat a lot, and get less activity than I should, I'm chubby. Simple, when I do get physical activity, over the course of a few weeks/months, I lose the fat.

If it's genetics it's more complicated
User avatar #198 to #194 - myjeren (05/13/2014) [-]
If we're talking about a person with no genetic influence, then eating a lot and little exercise would increase their weight, but with someone who has a large amount of genetic influence (be it that makes them skinny or obese) is not that simple.
User avatar #199 to #198 - yodasoda (05/13/2014) [-]
that's what I just said

User avatar #52 to #39 - comexx (05/13/2014) [-]
They noticed they were getting fatter and fatter, they didn't do anything to prevent it, therefore they chose to be fat, if they chose not to be fat, they would start eating less, start excercising.
User avatar #56 to #52 - myjeren (05/13/2014) [-]

User avatar #57 to #56 - comexx (05/13/2014) [-]
I was almost obese, then, with the support of my family and friends, I manned the **** up and started excersizing Nothing too much, just a bicycle ride around the town (and I do mean around the town, it's a medium sized town, or a jog to a nearby hill and back) and I lost weight. I'm still a bit chubby, but nothing compared to what I was. And by the way, you don't choose to obese, you chose not to.
