Frodo was 33 at the time of the leaving speech, and Frodo and Bilbo are cousins. Other than that, hilarious :')

Nope, Bilbo was Frodo's uncle. Frodo was about 50 at that time and Bilbo was over a 100 year old.

Frodo is 50 at the end of the story, but 33 at the start. There is a 17 year gap when Gandalf is searching for Gollum whilst Frodo is hiding the ring, which happens after the leaving speech.
I warn you not to argue with my LOTR knowledge my friend :)

Correction-Bilbo was actually Frodo's cousin, but Frodo does call him uncle many times which is misleading.
