Mewtwo is a clone of Mew, but not a complete one
Ditto are failed clones

Cool, but not really accurate.
Latios and Latias had a parent, and they're unrelated to any sort of creation mythology, being simply called the Eon Pokémon.
Humans were created by Uxie, Azelf and Mesprit, who contributed Knowledge, Willpower and Emotion respectively.
And the bird trio were never individually involved with anything, they represent the ocean streams by contributing heat, cold and current. That's why they're involved with the guardian of the ocean, Lugia.

While this theory does include most of the official lore, the vast majority of the post is completely fabricated, as pokemon lore is generally pretty low on details.

Cradily is based on a crinoid, an oceanic fossil. JSYK.
