Let's see Superman's heat vision stack up to a Kamehameha (note that when training for the cell games Gohan fired a very small ki blast that cooked an entire meal and nearly set goku's hair on fire). Let's see someone who struggled to hold back a falling plane stack up to someone who as in their child form in GT could with ease toss around Great Ape Baby Vegeta. If Superman was so invincible how did he die whilst fighting Apocalypse? Superman's durability doesn't seem very reliable against an attack that could vaporize a planet in one go and in a short amount of time, vaporize an entire solar system.
