Soldados de Guatemala golpean a niños brutalmente i put this here once and ill put it again, this guys run away from a check and they pick up a bad day to do it. Collaborate with the authorities and you can have a pacific incident.

Full story: this supposed teens, in the end they werent, robed a lady and her son, they found the soldiers and told them what happend. The soldiers found them sitting somewhere and when the soldiers call them for a check they run away. after the chase the soldiers had enough from them and this happend. Apparently they alredy have criminal records and where well know robers in the area.

what do you think?
#359 to #208 - anon (08/11/2015) [-]
Yeah, they should get their ASSES kicked, meaning literally asses or sth like that. Going for internal organs while jump kicking after the guy started vomiting from hits to the stomach is ******* CONCIOUS attempt at killing those dudes. Few kicks more and internal bleeding from ruptured organs and broken ribs will kill them for sure. Those guys, like sadly many soldiers are sadists. This is sadistic behaviour. Iv'e seen it: uniform often makes you a sadist, after awhile many of them loose a grip on reality when it comes to brutal behaviour. Those soldies (at least some of them) deserve the same done to them.

Again: yeah, those kiddos deserved to have their asscheeks kicked into a pulp. But this? This is sick.

The only time I would ever do this is if police / ATF were at my house.
>"May we come in?"
Do you have a physical copy of the warrant needed?
>"..."
Good day and good bye sir. If you would like to come in bring the warrant.
>Proceed to bury all my funs in the back yard... just in case.
But again- if I get pulled over it's going to be hands on the steering wheel and "yes sir" and "no sir" and "have a nice day officer." because I'm %100 comfortable with police but not at / in my house- irrational phobia I guess.
User avatar #99 to #60 - asotil (08/11/2015) [-]
This
******* this

If people understood this there would be no ******* circlejerk of "Cops are always infallible" or "Cops are the devil"

If you get pulled over, hands on the wheel. Do not move. Legally they cannot search your car without your permission or unless you make a motion of assault on the officer. If you keep your hands on the wheel, they cannot search your vehicle. They need to get a warrant otherwise. So if an officer just says "We're going to search your car, step out" first ask if he has a warrant and to see it. If he says he doesn't need one/doesn't need to show you, tell him to get ****** and lock your doors, then start recording

If cops are at your house, immediately ask for a warrant if they say "Can we come in?' or "We're coming in". If they refuse to show a warrant, lock windows and doors and call police who know what they're doing, and inform them of the situation. If they try to break in without one, in 39 States it's Self Defense for you to knock them the **** out, since they are on the wrong side of the law
User avatar #179 to #99 - YllekNayr (08/11/2015) [-]
what uh......is the point of keeping him from searching your vehicle?

I mean, implying this actually works, what do you gain from that?

User avatar #184 to #183 - YllekNayr (08/11/2015) [-]
If you have a dead hooker in your trunk you SHOULD be arrested.

That's kinda my point.
User avatar #186 to #184 - masterjogi (08/11/2015) [-]
Lets say you have a huge collection of Dragon Dildos in your Trunk and you live in a small town and everyone will know in 2 days. Sure they are legal, but they are embarrassing as **** . Privacy is our most important right.
User avatar #187 to #186 - YllekNayr (08/11/2015) [-]
Why would you being carrying that around?

Why would a cop care?

What are the odds of you being pulled over when you're moving your dildo collection?

Like, reasonably speaking, I can't imagine this being necessary 99% of the time. I only see it causing unnecessary problems for almost every occasion.
User avatar #188 to #187 - masterjogi (08/11/2015) [-]
I guess people cary embarrassing stuff waaaay more often than dead hookers. Therefore it's far more likely getting pulled over with your dildo collection than with something illegal.

Also, cops still are human, they talk to their friends about stuff like that, maybe one of them even knows you.
User avatar #189 to #188 - masterjogi (08/11/2015) [-]
It's the drivers choice if he wants to allow them to search him, thats how it should be. But you are right, people should stop being uncooperative.
User avatar #191 to #188 - YllekNayr (08/11/2015) [-]
"I guess people cary embarrassing stuff waaaay more often than dead hookers. Therefore it's far more likely getting pulled over with your dildo collection than with something illegal."

Non-sequitur.
Implying that dead hookers are the only illegal thing you might be caught with.
Guns and drugs are far more likely to be found in a car than dead hookers OR a dragon dildo collection.
Additionally, what are the odds that saying that to a cop is going to make him say "oh, well alrighty then" rather than "you're under arrest"?
User avatar #192 to #191 - masterjogi (08/11/2015) [-]
You can't arrest someone with no evidence/reason, he didn't let me search my car is not a valid reason for arrest, attacking an officer is, thats why op recommended keeping your hands on the wheel.
User avatar #194 to #192 - YllekNayr (08/11/2015) [-]
Obstructing an officer is reason for arrest, if he's actually within his right to ask to search your car.

I do believe that you don't need a warrant to search someone's car if you have reasonable suspicion.

I've heard cops give that reason many times before.
#352 to #194 - anon (08/11/2015) [-]
I'll give you some legitimate reason since you seem to think that one of your rights as an American don't matter. When the cops search your **** they could find illegal **** that isn't yours and you get arrested for it or they search your **** and break your **** . Say you have a laptop or something else valuable and fragile then the cop(s) toss it on the floor while looking through your other **** . You allowed them to search your **** and therefore any damage to your **** is your own fault. You can't sue to demand payment because you allowed them to search your **** .

User avatar #61 to #60 - creepydudewatching (08/11/2015) [-]
I agree completely; if the police are trying to gain unlawful access to your home, you should have every right to tell them to go get a warrant. God knows I saw there was a cop in Florida who entered a man's home without a warrant and was shot. The man who shot him was acquitted because it was his right to defend his home.

When the police pull me over I just try to be polite, because I don't know what kinda asshole they had before me, but I ain't getting his backlash because I wanna defend my rights.
As long as they don't hit me, insult me, or damage my property I couldn't care less what they do; they wanna see ID but I legally don't have to provide it? I'll just provide it because it makes his job quicker and I can go sooner.
User avatar #217 to #60 - TheBigGummyBear ONLINE (08/11/2015) [-]
Irrational phobia or not bro, your reason is valid.

Police / ATF actually do need a warrant and need to show it to the legal property owner if they want to enter the premises without their permission.

This ranga ******** says showing proof of payment is molestation because it requires you to reach into your own pocket and show the cop something that's in our possession.

What the **** has the world come to where these cunts are allowed to live? Society's gotten a little soft now that suing has become so abundant I reckon, now cops are afraid to actually do their job, such as physically pull this guy off the train to stop delaying the train, incase he gets hurt like the shrimpy scrawny cunt he is and tries to sue them.

What you said is correct by the law, this ranga twat is just a braindead cancer on the world's collective consciousness and isn't worthy of the life or privileges he's been given.

I am so ******* sick of these cunts trying to find loopholes in the law and trying to manipulate the system because they think they're so ******* smart.

If the loopholes were so easy to find that you could be a normal citizen and just travel on a train for FREE when everyone else has to pay, I'm pretty sure they would've fixed that **** by now. All these ******* do is cause trouble and try to make some kind of stand against authorities when really they're just causing a scene and wasting everyone's time making life more difficult for everyone else involved.

I feel like this whole predicament began a few years ago when that video about saying "I don't consent to searches" means a cop who pulled you over no longer has jurisdiction to search your vehicle unless they can vividly see something illegal from standing outside your car window. I know that this **** started it all, someone made a video about how to manipulate the system and it got a lot of hits, now all the mouthbreathers who have nothing better to do with their life go out looking to annoy people and make the authorities look like fools.

I'm glad this isn't happening in Australia, we don't have all these articles, amendments, bill of rights etc. to quote. In my country if you sit on a train and haven't paid for a ticket, they will give you a fine right then and there. If you tried to give the speech this ****** gave in this here video, the cop will probably physically grab you and throw you off at the next station then deal with you then and there.

I'm not very well informed about how things work over in the US but I think your cops/authorities are a little too soft and scared of being sued. If this cunt tried to pull this **** on the train that I catch (good old QR, Cleveland line) then he'd get thrown the **** off with a $220 fine.

I think there needs to be a new universal rule where if someone resists providing required information (ie showing your ******* train ticket) then they have police officer or what have you has the right to physically grab them and throw them the **** off the train. Assuming they already don't have that right? But this cop in the video was a little too soft I think, and he tried reasoning with someone who is clearly incapable of listening and was set in their own ways.

There was a mass check on the train and they kicked us out near (NEAR mind you) some small train station in the middle of assholeofearthville. luckily there we learned that we can purchase tickets that we can pay off after a trip and took the next train home. Did I scream about constitution? no. Did I deserve it? I don't know, maybe not when you look @ this from a humane side of the story but from the law side I was in the wrong. I don't have a grudge against anybody about this one. Do I feel I "lost" some rights? **** no. You have to be self centered, solipsist even hipster piece of genetic **** to think that in that situation.

-----

The Core of the "Sovereign Citizen" ideology is excellent....

Unfortunately, it's always the weirdos who are the first to buy in to "extreme" movements like that, so they do not always express themselves well, and make the movement look foolish.

"This sovereign citizen ******** almost makes me rage..."

I agree if SCs make your cringe (they even make me cringe, and I agree with them) , but why would it make you "Rage"?

Shouldn't the following make you "Rage":
> Trillions of dollars spent on wars with no / vague objectives?
> Maltreatment of our damaged veterans returning from said wars?
> Complete and total mismanagement of our country's finances, such that we have Trillion dollar Private Central Bank Debts and Trade deficits.
> REAL unemployment rate of ~20+%, and runaway Dollar and CPI inflation?
> Rampant dispersion of high-grade military gear to police.

Why aren't THOSE things making you rage, and instead, the "Sovereign Citizen" movement?

Sovereign Citizen **** is stupid at the core. If someone's on my lawn, they're going to have to listen to my rules or they can go be somewhere else. Sovereign Citizens think they can enforce THEIR interpretation of the Common Law wherever they go and only be held accountable to THEIR interpretation of the Common Law. Even though the Common Law only applies in (only listing the bigger countries): England, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland and Nothern Ireland. The majority of the world accepts the Civil Law or a variation of it. Even one of the states, Lousiana, uses Civil Law, instead of Common Law.
It's like going to someone's house, saying "Nono wait, i interpret this part of your rules this way and only this part of the rules applies to me".

Admittedly, the movement is based largely in America and Canada, so they can use the Common Law, however, not an interpretation of it and the Common Law is only applied when there is no law that can be applied to their situation (if i'm understand the wiki page right, might need a lawexplain or something). I believe there's plenty of laws and protocols to deal with people that have no citizenship or rejected their citizenship.

They ignore any context of the laws they think apply to them, some even grasping for the ******* Admiralty Law as if they can call on that when they're on land. The arguments they use have no validity within any form of Law besides their own. But their law doesn't apply anywhere, except for their own mind. Any regular court outright rejects their arguments. They even abuse paperwork (false notices of Lien) in order to slow down their court cases, just so they can avoid taxes.

1. My comment is easy to read. Get some proper nutrition and your brain might be able to handle such a spoon-fed comment.

2. I'm "Implying" nothing. I say exactly what I mean. Speaking of straw-men....

3. "Sovereign Citizen **** is stupid at the core."

Though many S.C.s behave like petulant assholes, S.C. ideas are derived from Anarchism, and the "Anarchist / Nonaggressive" idea that we should be forming societies based on cooperation is not a silly idea at all.

If you think that is a stupid idea, then I think your are an idiot, and ass, a waste of flesh and space, and I would prefer you do not exist, as you'll burden my existence.

SCs promote other ideas (see below), which I don't think are entirely effective, but if you are decrying Anarchism via Sovereign Citizen ideals, then I completely disagree with you.

4. "I believe there's plenty of laws and protocols to deal with people that have no citizenship or rejected their citizenship."

I address this in other comments. I agree that it is foolish and cringe-worthy for SCs to try to fight this battle, especially when the U.S.'s citizenship laws are in such complete disarray as they are now.

... notice, however, that THIS sub-point has nothing to do with my original rebuttal to OP regarding his 'rage' comment. This argument is a tangent, and a straw-man.

5. "They ignore any context of the laws they think apply to them..."

You appear to have not studied this issue in very much detail at all.

"Sovereign Citizens", in general terms, claim that a variety of artificial legal structures have been constructed around and within our 'legitimate' societies, without the consent or knowledge of those whose these 'illegal' frameworks now govern.

Therefore, they claim that a whole slews of Legal Instruments based off of this framework (whole volumes of taxes, licenses, regulations, legal personnel, political borders, procedures, etc. etc. etc. etc.) are all illegitimate.

Not a HUGE fan of this video, but here's a decent explanation from the "UK" angle: youtu.be/7sArXw6ajNg

About that, I agree with the SCs in principle and fact, but not in Tactics: I feel they are wasting their time trying to point out this system's "Illegality" to the system itself.

In the end, Force is all that matters in the establishment of "Law", and the Powers that they hate so much are the ones with all the force.

If they hate all these taxes, they should start taking concrete action to undermine them, and create an alternate society, not just whine about "Their Rights".... which are obviously long-gone anyways.... which, as i said, is the whole basis of their "Sovereign Citizen" argument.

------

Think for yourself, or enjoy a long, miserable life of burdensome, unjust rules, which suck your energy and fulfillment, until you die, frustrated and unfulfilled.
#336 to #287 - kinginthenorth (08/11/2015) [-]
1. Leaving an empty line is usually used to indicate a new section. I'm used to properly formatted texts and not shards of an argument being posted as if they're all a different argument.

2. You implied: His age, his daily life, his living situation, his financial situation, his future, his view of himself (a know-it-all).

3. Any society is based on cooperation, you silly cunt. You have duties and rights. You pay taxes and the state provides you with services. You go to the doctor and the doctor fixes your health. I don't see how there isn't any cooperation there. Society is born from cooperation and a society doesn't exist without cooperation.

4. I can't be arsed to look up your other comments. My argument was about your comment and the SC movement, only indirectly defending OP's comment in any way. You can't dismiss it just because it doesn't apply to OP's comment. The only part of the citizenship laws that i couldn't find were what happens after you have revoked your citizenship.

5. These asshats can claim all they want, the state won't give a **** . Just because they're introducing new structures for companies doesn't mean they get to whine about it and claim the entire ******* society is illegitimate. If they really wanted to know all about the new laws coming out, they should buy a magazine that deals with that or even just find a site that updates whenever a new law comes out. Then they should examine the law to know when, where and how it applies.
Almost all law structures come into place because they're necessary. People try to find loopholes, loophole found, new law added to prevent loophole abuse, structure keeps expanding. Lawmaking is a natural process, so most laws are in place because they have to be. Some laws only apply only with certain conditions, but the movement ignores the conditions and goes straight to the law.

There's no fact to the entire damn movement. If you know and are able to apply your rights properly, they're never gone. It's retarded how they're trying to apply rights to situations where the rights don't apply.

At no point have i found any law to be "burdensome" or "unjust". The way you're describing it is as if the laws are draining your very lifeforce just by existing. Go buy an island and go **** yourself on there if you want to make your own laws.

You do have rights when you get pulled over. If you're pulled over but not for a DUI, for instance, you can deny a drug test of any kind. I think the bigger faggot is the guy who tells them to just to whatever the cops want him to.
User avatar #71 to #50 - thesoulless (08/11/2015) [-]

ehhhhh...... be careful, here:

"There's a big difference between letting the officer have his way with you and intentionally giving the officer a hard time for no reason."

Agreed. Many of these Sovereign Citizens are trying to pick a fight, as a cheap, misguided, ineffective way of making some kind of 'statement', or just for kicks.

I hate it when they do this - it "poisons the well", makes them and anyone supporting the SC movement look like idiots, and it sets the movement BACK, instead of advancing its otherwise excellent goals.

"Most of the time they are just doing their job trying to keep YOU ungrateful asswipes safe."

.... buuuuuut on the other hand, I wouldn't go so far as to say this.

I feel that (and i feel statistics support that) most police are deployed nowadays for almost any other reason than "keeping the peace", as is the original mission of any "police officer".

I think they're deployed as enforcers of insane, unjust, completely-off-the-rails laws, as strong-arm men for local power-structures and good-ol'-boys-clubs, and as revenue gatherers, as well as agents of much LARGER, more nefarious operations (Think: Prison-Industrial complex).

-----

But of course, discussing minutiae such as "How to Reform Traffic Stop Protocol" is completely moot, because IMO, nothing's gonna save the U.S. as it stands.

There are too many diametrically-opposite, irreconcilable opinions existing too close to each-other. The country's gonna have to split apart in order to survive peaceably alongside one another...

... and unfortunately, THAT'S not gonna happen, because too many people are too shallow to go through the effort of making a peaceful, rational separation, so there will probably be a massive, complicated Civil War. I see no other outcome.

If you want to see more, there's a couple of subreddits dedicated to making fun of them, the most popular being r/amibeingdetained. They're pretty ******* funny

Good god, I watched one video and I'm filled with more rage than I can handle.
Do they all sound like broken records, repeating the exact same phrase ********************* ?
User avatar #182 to #178 - datassman (08/11/2015) [-]
Yep. "Am I being detained" and "I do not consent to this" are their favorite lines. Alternatively, "I don't have to pay that"

It sounds to me like that same **** the bitch tried to pull on that cop who yanked her out of her car when she started spouting some Articles of Confederation ******** .

(Probably wrong about the first part entirely so don't trust me) Probably some declaration someone made forever ago that's outdated as **** but makes Tumbl-twats like the people in the story blurt out retarded as **** things hoping said document is viable. For the second part- they don't think.

>>#7,
according to article 4 of the articles on confederation (which were replaced by the US constitution in 1789) states something about free inhabitants. in short, tards think it means they can do whatever, actually it just means people can travel freely from state to state inside the US

So kind of like what the Nordic countries have.
#167 to #14 - anon (08/11/2015) [-]
Makes sense since the states were all but individual countries at that time.

I really ******* hope this teaches those sjw's to not **** with the authority, first you get arrested for claiming you dont need to follow laws, then you get deported to cambodia for for claiming they dont need a passport.
#222 to #44 - swagbot (08/11/2015) [-]
Sovereign citizens = SJWs?

Dude................ what?

I know some "Anti-Establishement" types are cringey, but they are not associated with SJW Tumblrettes in any way.

Stop conflating the two.

That's actually pretty ****** up, that you can just send anybody without papers anywhere for ***** and giggles.

That being said, those people definitely deserved it.

I cross the US/Mexico Border a whole ******* lot during the year (visiting family in Mexico and going to college in the US) and if I know one thing, it is that when it comes to the Border Patrol officers they can be the biggest assholes in the ******* place. One rule remains constant though, just ******* follow the procedures and dont be a dick yourself. If you act like a self reserved prick and make a big deal trying to make a stance on something stupidly insignificant like not opening your trunk or allowing them to search your stuff for illegal drugs youre just begging to find yourself in a small little room with homeland security getting all your files. Just do what the officer says and move on.
