Well first off, he never said he believed everything from Reddit or Facebook. As a matter of fact, most often times a story is posted many people also post their disbelief of it, or go out of their way to find out if it's true or not.

Your story, on the other hand, is reminiscent of some kid trying to be cool by being brutal and psychopathic because you saw The Joker do it.

That, and most kids freak out when they do so much as clog a pencil-sharpener. Kids are naturally curious about everything, but with that curiosity comes a strong sense of danger, and anything sudden, unexpected, or odd is automatically assigned as "dangerous" and thus not fun.

While I think the show itself is somewhat overrated, and a very few 'extreme' fans have been a little annoying with their 'why bronies are awesome' speeches, you cant really blame them, 'cause the 'haters' need to get over it and find something better to do than picking on people who aren't afraid of their hobbies. Both 'sides' need to chill.

And yeah, some of you may be saying he should've just 'not cared' or 'had some balls', but he's a kid. He's a child. He hasn't learnt a lot of lessons yet.

And guess what? Even if we were supposed to care about what people watched and criticize them, its a kids' show and he's a kid. Sure, its 'girly' and people think its 'gay' for a male to watch, but even if that were true, whats wrong with being gay? Unless they're in your face about it 24/7, who cares? You know what else was girly? The Powerpuff Girls. And most of you guys cant say you didnt watch that show.

As long as they're not shoving it down your throat talking about it, people should be able to do whatever the **** they want in their own privacy without bored people picking on them, especially to such extremes that this happens. We have enough problems without fighting over TV shows.

I was harassed and bullied from grades 6-10. It was unrelenting and it sucked. The kids on the bus would always mock me and throw things and me and make fun of me. The popular kids would point and laugh, I was an outcast. But, I got over it, I slowly made myself a couple of friends, and after ignoring the bullies and the rest graduated, I was fine. I never killed myself because of it all, I just learned to shut people out.

Just because you pulled through doesn't mean the rest of the world can. Suicide from bullying has existed for a very long time. It's not just some fad that kids will just grow out of like you guys are making it out to be. Wouldn't you rather someone stuck up for you when you were bullied? Thats kinda not the case, since a kid can be bullied all his life, just bottling up all those emotions, with no one to talk to, even his parents cause he doesnt have the courage to bring his parents into it or somethin. The school i'm currently going to has alot of assholes so that means one kid is gonna have ALOT of bottled up emotions with no way to let it out. A kid can be strong and still have some emotional problems, cause no one is perfect, i'm sure someone in this site had some issues with bullying and such. so TLR someone can be strong and have alot of emotional issues, and that way of thinking is a little naive.

Look, I can sort of get teasing grown men for enjoying a children's show meant for girls.

But I am willing to bet that most of the twenty-somethings and older teenagers here enjoyed watching the Power Puff Girls on Cartoon Network. These shows are meant for kids. If MLP appeals to a little boy like it does a little girl, that's fine. It still teaches the lessons that we want kids to learn: friendship, generosity, humility.

While Power Puff Girls was not my favorite show, by any means, it was a staple of my cartoon diet, alongside Dexter's Lab, Ah!Real Monsters, Rugrats, Samurai Jack, Angry Beavers, Catdog, and Spongebob, as well as the surplus of anime that Toonami introduced me to (holy **** - all that DBZ).

So, before you go to this kid's facebook page and post something inflammatory to troll the Brony community, know that this is just another kid watching cartoons and learning lessons, who probably loves Adventure Time and Gravity Falls and anything you might have liked as a kid.
