Not too far from the truth really. However because I hardly ever go outside and when I do I'm in a wheelchair, everybody that sees me must bow down and do fucking backflips for me because if you don't then you're discrminating against the disabled.

Such is life in the UK, if someone assaults you, hurts you, and you hurt them back, you will be charged too and could face prison time.
If you are running through the street and accidentally knock someone down, you could be charged. (because of all of that happy slapping bother)
