So, Trump should apologize for her getting removed because she stood up in protest and the security team did it's job without discrimination? Wouldn't apologizing really be discriminatory?

If she was being rude and cantankerous, then by all means escort her off the premises.
However, if the CAIR officials are to be believed, she was silently protesting, which is definitely not a cause of disturbance.
Now, I wasn't there, so I won't pick a side, but there is a potential misstep here.

As for Ahmed, I doubt that he would have made the bomb connection, as he thought taking apart and putting back together a clock was the same as building a clock. His father however, definitely abused the situation and is a general scumbag.

It would be a refreshing change of pace if she'd gone with an open mind, but she said in the interview "I went because I wanted to show people what a Muslim looks like because most [Trump supporters] have probably never seen one." Paraphrasing slightly, but that basic point. Check the link for exact words.
Even if she was silent, my point was that it had nothing to do with discrimination or Trump having her thrown out. Security had its orders before she stood up behind Trump (with the intention of distracting people from listening to him and to have them put their attention on her) and they did as they were asked without discriminating.

Yes, the media constantly over hypes things. I'm sure that was the reason it happened because Ahmed and probably his dad knew exactly that would happen. I'll bet anything either Ahmed wanted to start **** I mean ******* come on man. It's not a secret Muslims are stereotyped a stereotype based in reality to bomb **** . He knew **** would hit the, especially since a teacher told him not to show anyone else the clock and he still did because he wanted to make a scene.
