I would offer that dad my sincerest condolences, I can't imagine having to put up with that kind of ****. If I was him I'd install locks at the top of every door in the house and run away

Pretty sure they can sue you for that and win since you did it on purpose and probably caught on camera.

I am wondering what they could sue him with.

Battery on the kid he actually hit, and assault on all of them due to implied intent.

Assault. It sounds excessive just for that but smaller things have won in court.

*is studying criminal justice*

Unfortunately, verbal threats don't hold up as justification for battery in self-defense. You have to prove that the threat was real and imminent (generally requires some sort of threatening gesture), and I highly doubt that he'd be able to convince a jury that the hambeast's threat was either of those. That, combined with the fact that he threw the bottle as he was walking away, sometime after the "threat" was made, would probably result in the jury ruling in favor of the hambeast.

I can't say the hambeast didn't deserve it, but it's unlikely the jury would rule in favor of the guy in the post. Not to mention he'd likely have a mark against him from Walmart for assaulting a customer, which wouldn't look good when trying to apply for a new job.

in the dad's mind: it was 1 night 13 years ago. my dumbass college friends talked me into drinking that night. I swear she looked like a 10 but when I woke up the next morning I was laying in a pile of fried chicken bones and twinkie wrappers. and right next to me was the mother of all whales. oh god why did I drink that night!

Ya know, I get the whole "Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact" thing, but i'm 16 and I weigh 300 lbs. That being said I also play football and am 6'2 and hate the fat hambeasts that don't do a damn thing to even attempt to lose weight, but even though she was ******* stupid using the old we're disabled cuz we're fat thing, throwing **** at the kid who was just defending his parents isn't cool man.

My brother wasn't in the same boat as you but. He is only 5'3 and he weighed as much as i did at 5'11 (165 lbs). He spent 1 month going to the gym, joined an MMA club, and eats healthy food. He lost 15 lbs.

For you, I suggest joining a gym. The idea of doing a ton of cardio will make you lose weight is a lie. It's really all about exercise and eating right. High protein and burn calories doing intense after burn exercises. The best ones are leg exercises, they burn a TON of calories. But why stop there? Just work on one muscle group at a time and if you start now, by age 18 you would be a football wrecking machine.

That's what I've done, my friend. At the beginning of football season I decided that I was going to be the best left guard/noseguard that Radford highschool has ever seen. So I started with the lifting and running on top of practice and now i'm only about 10 pounds away from breaking the school's bench record(320) and 30 from the squat record(450.) Not too shabby for a tubby sophomore if you ask me. Pic related, it's me ******* a dude up during a game.

That's the idea, but my uncle was also recently diagnosed with an incurable heart disorder and they only give him about another 20 years, so that's fueling my drive to go to med school(which I've always had) to try and help him.

If you join the nfl you would probably make enough money to buy a new heart.

Obesity is a disability. A mental disability. If you gain too much weight but do nothing about it, then you are retarded for not caring enough about your one and only body, and demanding that we give you special treatment for something you did to yourself.
My answers to statements fat people will say:
"I'm big boned." Bones don't jiggle.
"Glandular Problem." Although what I'm about to say may not be true for some it does hold true for most. Change your diet! The extra 4000 calories a day you're eating are not helping your glandular problem!
"I don't have time to work out." Then make time. Cut out some of the free time you use that doesn't require very much physical activity, and go to the gym. If you can't afford that then do push ups, or situps. Anything to keep you active will help you in the long run.

I will leave you with a tumblr page I found funny that talks about "Thin Privileged."

When I was a fat woman beat me because I wouldn't let her morbidly obese kid on the swing I had just got on. Her justification? "He is disabled, and so am I."

**** fat people.

I know certain hormonal disorders cause a person to get and stay fat and I can say that it is not their fault. Diet and exercise alone cannot fix that. But then there's the people I see at the mall that are buying McDonald's for their already-fat five year old and an entire family on Rascals and people that say they can't exercise because their knees hurt because they're fat because they can't exercise because their knees hurt because they're fat. That's the kind of thing that needs to stop.

Also I read one of the posts on that tumblr about how this fat chick got "triggered" when her cousin was being praised for losing weight.
