England does still produce great musicians, you just won't find them in mainstream music. Classic rock isn't really made anymore, the world moved on. To be honest music as a whole has gotten a lot ******* even since corperate fags bought out all the labels and made the music industry one big cash cow. If you want to know what happened to music, just look at how MTV has changed from when it first started as a channel.

I wouldn't say that. Music nowadays isn't so much focused on the actual content than the musician. Yous listen to music once but you go to the musicians concert every time. That just me tho

I could go on but I think the point's been made. So you can keep your head up your asshole saying "Muh old music is better" to yourself or actually look past mtv's top 40 and search music on your own

No, it's just that a different branch of music is in the mainstream at the moment, there's plenty of great music if you stop being a little bitch and listen to what sounds good instead of crying that other people have opinions.

It's all just a big load of preference honestly. Granted for example, a band like Arctic Monekys, who are from england. You can say "They're ****** pop rock" or "Mainstream limeys" but it's still something. I like em, but that's the point. If all you like is classic rock, you're ****** in that department, as "Good new classic rock" is an oxymoron to the highest degree.

Tl;Dr Well they're coming out with new rock, but most people don't like em, like with zeppelin then.

Personally, I think One Direction's music is pretty generic and boring, but so did the other edgy kids when the Beatles came out with their music. My uncle told me about how the Beatles are such losers cause they don't play real rock music, so I'm kind of just afraid that I'm making a fool of myself with my subconscious EDGE.
