I wanna know how fat of a **** you have to be to need a scooter. i'm 315 lbs( 142 kilos) But i can still run jump swim and i try to walk everyday at least 1 mile.

Maybe they're just jealous of people like me, who can literally eat three big macs, a large fry and wash it down with a large Coke, without gaining a gram...apart from the weight of the food itself.

It's hard to break habits and I doubt they have much else to look forward to.

It's fatlogic - the world centers around me, and it's everyone elses fault that i am fat.

If they keep gaining mass eventually the world will center around them

you should start lifting weights bruv. with all that fat there is bound to be some serious muscle underneath that you can work on. so much potential man.

Yeah i really wanna do that but i wanna drop below 200 first so when i do start lifting i don't look like a complete moron.

< what i wanna look like when i'm done

that fat you allready have on your body is a goldmine. you should use it instead of getting rid of it. that guy is most likely on steroids though. most fitness models (everyone) are.

**** what everyone else thinks. if you go in the gym and work on bettering yourself you are on the right path. you can change your life, just dont let other people ruin it for you. walking everyday is great but you wont reach your true potential man.

tl;dr work out now

Can you explain?

i don't recommend bulking to 144 kg though. its a bit much.

If I am already at that weight, what should I do? Should I do mostly cardio until I drop down to maybe 230 then bulk up? Also, do you have any guides for bigger guys or a place I can go for info?

cardio is horribly boring and takes alot of time. if anything i would combine strength with cardio, and then focus mostly on strength.

I recommend that you start taking raspberry ketones, you can get them at Walmart. I've had asthma my entire live and I gained quite a bit of weight, I've always worked out but cardio was a challenge for me. Once I stared taking them I dropped nearly 40 pounds withing 2 months, aslong as you drink a lot of water, take them when it says to, and just try to exercise they work pretty well. I wouldn't think about gaining muscle until you get your basic running schedule down, it'd be great if you could somehow work in possibly 2.5 miles a day at your weigh, even in an hour on a treadmil, or just a hike. Hope this helps.

excess energy. a lot of people that try to gain weight while working out don't get enough energy in their body every day, which leads to them staying the same or losing weight.

by using it though he will get rid of it and gain more muscle.
