Very true. I've seen a presentation of Photoshop pictures in my computer class including examples this post was actually one of the examples. As well as this famous picture.

how can you tell these types of pictures are shopped?

the presentation was a long while back probably from my earlier classes. Probably has to do if the lighting/bordering. And im pretty sure their are are some programs that can detect the use of photoshop
