To be 100% fair, no actual form of "true" Communism a.k.a the Communism referenced in the Communist Manifesto has ever actually been created in real life.

Lenin was the closest to creating true Communism, but he didn't live long enough to see his vision through and then Stalin screwed the whole thing up.

True Communism is a pretty complex system of government (and I highly suggest that everyone read the Communist Manifesto) and it would be very lengthy to explain how Stalin messed up Communism in Russia.

But long story short the temporary party put in power under Lenin after the Rise of the Proletariat that was supposed to rule while the surviving Bourgeois were re-educated or died off, stayed in power under Stalin. Because Stalin was a power-hungry psycho

Lenin never came close to communism, and he even admitted it himself. Russia never had a communist system, perhaps only in pockets such as the Free Territory of Ukraine, even though that's debatable. Communism implies that there is no state, much less a totalitarian state such as in the USSR. 100% true communism is impossible, and a pipe dream. Ask any communist and he will tell you he agrees completely.
