Even ******* fascism works better.

>ind4 ********* if 15 year-olds saying that it HAS to work, just because it's a neat idea, and that it directly or indirectly lead to the death of 80 million people is no reason to not try it again.

can you state some reasons why communism doesn't work or will never work? i think that communism can work, and, as an example, i give china. btw, communism wasn't a form of dictatorship until stalin came around. marx had no intentions on massively killing people.

I can't give specific reasons why the communist economic system doesn't work, because I'm not an economist, but I've been assured that the numbers just don't add up in the end. Even the biggest and strongest communists ever, the soviet union had to "buy" (read get free) several thousand tons of food aid from the US each year, and the population outside of the major cities still starved.

First off, China does not have communist economy, it's more like anarchic-capitalist, with the state deciding who can do what based on the state official's personal preference (whoever bribes the most). But they keep the old school communist human rights violations like censoring free speech and imprisoning political opponents, as well as denying the rights of workers such as minimum wage or mandatory breaks.

Also, the soviet union was WAY a dictator ship before Stalin. Do you know how the unpopular Bolsheviks took over the country? They simply murdered everyone in the rival party. That's how they started it all, and already in the 20s they were making nightly visits to people that spoke ill of the country, or held differing political or religious beliefs.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that Russia came out of a feudal system to a socialist system in just five years and had ten years to industrialise what took the rest of the world 100 years. Probably nothing to do with the fact they were fighting a war or had successive bad winters or anything. Probably nothing to do with the fact that the USSR was FAR from communist in the first place.

>Anarchic
>Has totalitarian state

I... I... Okay...

That's why I'm not a Marxist communist, mate. But to think the USSR was communist and base all your arguments against communism on that? Fallacious.

Large pars of Russia were already heavily industrialized as they were used as a source of cheap labor before the revolution.

The war is not an excuse. Other countries have rebuilt more, in a shorter time, with fewer resources.

The state is totalitarian, but with the blessing of the state corporations can do whatever the **** they want. You know like an anarchy?

HURR IT WAS NOT TRUE COMMUNISM, NO ONE HAS EVER ACHIEVED TRUE COMMUNISM!

Well, everything goes to **** in every country that has ever tried.
