Am I the only one here, who doesn't have "chest day"? I have squat day and deadlift day, with 3 sets of 5 of heavy benchpresses after finishing the main training. While I respect the awesome amount of strength benchpresses put in your hands and upper body, having a big, putforward chest is somehow undesirable and unesthetical. In my opinion, heavy bench presses combined with dips and hard shoulder work (e.g. with heavy kettlebells and bodyweight) on other days are enough for front upper body.

Even though it may not be pleasing to you it is still unhealthy to ignore areas of your body, especially something as large as your chest bro. You should switch to a 3 day slit so you can hit a wider variety of muscles bro.
