that meme is about the college guy that has no idea about anything, implying that
maybe he failed college. black people that finished college? anyone can get that,

College Senior is used to describe how lazy seniors are compared to freshmen, not how stupid they are.
And even if he was, it makes no sense in this context. If anything should've been used, it should be racist dog.
