Why do I keep seeing 4chan posts where people get so shy that they constantly repeat certain actions to avoid getting caught?

i started stuttering due to me using it inn a comical reason to add a sense of disbelief when i talk in some situations. i.e some one points out the obvious and I tell them but stutter.

now i just stutter and can't help it.
