I was a vegan for three years and had no problems adjusting to a very rich and sudden meat diet.
To the contrary, I felt heaps better.

No, you're stupid. Anyway, every time any of my friends have gone on a fast from meat, or going on a vegetarian diet for a month or even a couple weeks, their body goes into shock from just suddenly eating a bunch of meat. Especially when it's not cooked super heavily.

Nahh. I think it's a little more psychological than that. The human body doesn't really give a shit about what you put in it, as long as it get's it's nutrients.

Unless you're not used to eating it. It's kind of like eating a lot of spicy Asian food. They can eat it without dying 'cause they're used to it, but most people can't because we're not used to it.
