Why shouldnt we be able to have the guns wed like? It would definitely make some people keep their damn mouths shut, for fear of getting shot. Killings may go up, but it would probably be the murderers getting killed, not realizing their victims had weapons. Also, if your country is invaded and the invaders get past the military, the only difference from then on is the people dont have military training, but they would still have weapons to defend themselves and their families. And maybe, we wouldnt be occupying Afghanistan and Iraq right now.
