I have a lot of them still, it was hard to know which was my favorite because unfortunately a lot of the ones I had had strips that were in other ones that I had, they were kind of jumbled. I was so jealous when the complete collection came out all neat with no repeat strips after I had gotten the other books as a kid.

The Complete Collection is still on my wish list as well. Bill Watterson was a genius, and a damn good artist.

you're gosh diggity darn right, I was always blown away at how nice the dinosaurs in his artwork looked and the detail in those randomly extravagant strips.

Or how he'd get brilliantly philosophical in a comic sometimes. He could make you laugh out loud and really get you thinking at the same time. One of a kind.

You idiot, you can't just go posting C&H on FunnyJunk. I'm joking, you can never have enough Calvin and Hobbes. Seriously though, people should stop posting Cyanide and Happiness on here. Last thing we need is legal trouble right now

i never understood why those ***** were like "OMG STOP POSTING OUR COMICS ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!"
its free advertising. yknow what i thought whenever i saw a funny Oatmeal comic?
"Wow, i should go check out the artists' homepage"
yknow what i thought after the oatmeal threw a temper tantrum and spouted off conspiracy theories about how this entire site is robots?
"that guy is a massive ******* faggot"

Well the problem is they only get money from it if people visit their website or watch it on youtube. If it shows up here, people won't bother going to explosm.net and looking at them there.

Some people hate their names, or the reason they were named. I am very thankful to have been named after such a great comic, and I hope I can pass this feeling on someday.

If I ever have a twin daughter and son, they are going to hate me, because I'm dead set on naming them Pepper and Jack respectively. A life time of being despised for the sake of a cheesy joke... worth it.

Sounds pretty gouda to me. But personally, I think you can do chedder. Jack it up a level, brie creative and try a lesser known cheese.

The kid is a cynic. What's he's doing is parody. I don't see why the father talks about sarcasm.

Cynicism (contemporary), modern use of the word for distrust of others' motives

Say what again?

Ugh oh, I think sarcasm is one of this guys trigger words. Everyone, lets all bow down and apologize for upsetting him, hes clearly a special little snowflake and should be treated as such. Remember, if its a joke, but uses a word incorrectly, it might as well just never have been told at all. We're sorry mister (unless you prefer a different pronoun you special snowflake you) we wont do it again, and you have truly taught us the error of our ways.
