I'm kinda depressed.

Xrypto tried to kill herself but her friend got to her before anything could happen to her. She's extremely depressed and has left funnyjunk, I think. She deleted her account inb4 xryptofive But I really don't think she's coming back


Also a real close friend of mine found out he has a brain tumor and the doctors gave him 5-7 months to live.


today has kinda sucked.

She seemed okay when I was talking to her the other day :(
Then again I guess it's easy to hide how you feel when you're only using text to communicate.

Don't let him lose hope. Keep his spirits high and help him keep fighting. I never met my grandpa but he had some kind of lung cancer. The doctors said he had 6 months to live. He lived for another 3 years.

Also that's something i don't understand. He's being really happy.. like.. it's not really affecting him, much. He told me it like we were having any other conversation.. I wouldn't be able to be so happy.

Could be shock. Could also be that he doesn't want to think about the severity of the situation. No one wants to come to terms with their mortality but especially in such a short frame of time.

I guess.. He said he cares about others more than his own well being.

His mentality will most likely go through different shifts/phases as time passes. You could start checking out information on how people cope with situations like that. I believe there are similar phases as when a loved one dies.

I'm sure everyone would have different views of such a situation. If you haven't already, I would suggest talking with him. Just you and him. Ask him to speak openly and honestly so that you can better understand how he feels about it and you can better help him cope.

Other than that, I honestly don't know what to suggest or tell you. I've never known someone with a terminal illness.
