Best Buy has their Geek Squad. You can also check online or in your local phone book for independent computer repair shops.
Do you have a flash drive or some other USB device you can use to test the ports?
Is your battery low?
Sorry about all the questions but it helps me understand the situation better.

Hmm....Is there another computer you can test the mouse in?
So all of your USB ports are having an issue. Sounds like there could be a problem with your motherboard since the USB ports attach directly to it. Do your other ports(headphone, mic, network, etc etc) work? Or are you able to test them?
Has it ever fallen?
It could also just be a quality problem. Like the USB ports weren't connected to the motherboard properly so they come loose sometimes.

You can try taking it to a technician and having them check it out. Just for a diagnostic it shouldn't take them long nor cost much if anything.
I'm thinking it could be that the solder that holds the connection has come loose and that would be a fairly easy fix.

I had this once. The solution is that you throw away your Laptop and buy yourself a High End master race stationary computer.
