I don't have lucid dreams... I have lucid nightmares

there was one where I had my finger nails ripped off, and my arm was put into a winch and I was tied down and the winch turned, and turned until my arm broke and then it kept going, then I had my legs split up the middle and the bones removed

and I have a very vivid imagination and I imagined the pain and it woke me up screaming... good dream

it was lucid because I was aware it was a dream, but there was nothing I could do to stop it. I lost complete control
