Meh. Maybe not. Bears are naturally scavengers, and really have about as many predatory instincts as wild dogs do, which is to say few to none. The only differences are size, potential danger, and breeding. Dogs are bred to be pets, so the instincts they did have were bred out generations ago. Bears haven't been bred like that.
So sure, dangerous. But not much more dangerous than an untrained/poorly bred dog.
