i see a lot of people do exercises similar to that. not sure exactly what it's suppose to do, but I am guessing it does something, or we have an entire generation of idiots coming up so dumb that i can't comprehend it.

I wish more people would learn to lift weights correctly. I don't even ******* go to a gym, but apparently I know how to do it better than the majority of the people who go to the 24 Hour Fitness next to my job. I work in a Gamestop, and we constantly have customers thinking they knocked something heavy off the wall because all the ******* time we hear giant THUDs that are loud as **** and shake the building a little.

It took me a while to figure out that a bunch of assholes at that place don't realize that putting a weight down is part of the exercising, so they are just dropping hundred pound weights at chest's height.

The sports board here is dead and these kinds of posts are always filled with people criticising how they're doing it, so I'll post here. I've always worked out in one way or another for a while now, but only recently about two weeks ago have I started lifting. Beginning of this week I got a much more improved plan that I've been sticking to once a day five days a week that lasts about 45 minutes. Any more experienced lifters on here wanna recommend any changes I should make, or just general tips, just let me know. All number of lifts are per arm.
20 x sit up, 15 x front raise, 15 x front raise reverse, 15 x squat, 15 x biceps curl, 15 x shoulder press, 15 x front lunge, 20 x sit up, 15 x triceps curl, 15 x hammer curl, 15 x dead lift, 20 x concentration curl, 20 x palms up wrist curl, 20 x palms down wrist curl, 20 x bench press
I do this three times for each workout and I work up quite a sweat.

Picture included as I'm sure many people don't give a **** .

well to be fair

it is a thing that, when you've done a whole bunch of the major lifts to strengthen and bulk up the major muscles, it is actually recommended to do crazy other stuff or do the same lifts but with the improper form in order to strengthen the complementary muscles as well
(e.g. if ..umm..wow it really has been awhile uhh whats a good simple example...benchpress? oh yeah benchpress let's say you've benched correctly enough long enough that your pecs have become used to it and dont grow as much with the same regimen so you just widen or shorten your hand placement to work the inner pecs and biceps or the outer and triceps...the supporting muscles that are not only not as used to the work and thus more likely to grow but, when they do get stronger, it improves the usual regimen)

that being said obviously this guy is not nearly at that point yet and likely to hurt himself or someone else
