cant help with the shakyness, i use a mouse, im saving up for a tablet though

as for the arms, yes i am working on that, they do look noodly dont they.

not really sure about ears, gonna have to experiment with that.

actually i found that turning down the sensitivity of the mouse helps a lot

You can do something about the lines quite easily. Download paint tool SAI (you get a month free trial). There's a curve line tool that allows for very smooth and consistent linework, even with a mouse

i never really pay attention to that, sometimes ill put visable necks sometimes i wont.
