Here ya go. Although I think those random boxes or skyscrapers in the background look dumb. Also try to limit your colors, that yellow is an eye sore and text never looks good with yellow.

But personally I think something like this looks a hell of a lot more clean. If it's a logo, then who gives a fuck about the moon or city. All that should matter is your mascot/logo and product/service name in something like this. If you can't read it, or if your distracted by something else then there is no point. But up to you.
