Keep your pencil sharpened as you work, it makes for cleared and more define lines. I'd also suggest pushing some darker colour into there. Make the blacks as black as you can, and make the tones nice and solid. Other then that, good job.

Range of materials is always an impressive thing to have at your disposal. I have to admit, this reminds me of some of the drawings I used to do a couple of years ago, I did one of Hollow Ichigo that I was pretty proud of, I'll be sure to post it here tomorrow when I scan it.
But back on topic, overall, impressive artwork, I can see you going far with a few small tweaks.

the chin is a bit small and the fingers look a bit strange, bu in general it's
pretty good

I also think that the arm placement is a little off too
