For the flowers, if you're talking about the focus, you can always just use the blur tool, but if you're talking about the actual shape, I would recommend either:
a) Drawing general shapes resembling those flowers.
b) Draw one really high detail flower on another sheet, copy it over and use that one as a template for all the flowers.

Ill do a few samples and try to copy them on the pic, draw some general shapes resembling the flowers, and then blur some parts.
