Kay, so I know I haven't posted on this board in fucking forever, but is there a site somewhere that has North American DVD release dates?
Also, is Fate/Zero ever going to get a North American DVD release? The only home video format I've found is the Japanese import and being the broke-ass college student I am, I have neither the money nor the desire to shell out $400 for a single series. Fate/Stay Night got one recently (the second half coming out mid-april), but it was distributed by Sentai whereas Fate/Zero is distributed by Aniplex of America, and I've noticed that Sentai & Funimation seem to do the majority of North American releases, whereas Aniplex only seems to do Japanese imports?

That's what I was saying, the F/Z NA DVD's that came out in september last year were just the imports straight out of Japan (dvd menus and all are written in Japanese, you need a booklet to translate it) and went for nearly $900 ($400-$500 for each season), I was asking about the localized NA release that usually comes with a dub (it tends to be cheaper). I looked around though and it turns out the the dub hadn't even started yet, it's only gonna start streaming in spring through Viz's Neon Alley, and considering the voice cast they brought together for the dub and how well received the series was, a localized North American release could still be possible O.o
US anime is expensive as hell. I think Australia is actually cheaper in Anime department. But Fate/Zero probably won't be released here until the Dub is finished. Mad man will probably get the publishing rights to it, as they got the rights to Fate/Stay Night
Thanks, but I already have the torrented versions, I'm asking for DVD release dates because I recently moved into an apartment and I need stuff to put on my shelves (everything feels so empty T_T), so I figured I'd expand my collection while I was at it. Plus, anime is surprisingly cheap if you know where to look o.o
Heh, don't worry, I always seed my torrents for about a week while I'm at work (they have unlimited bandwidth and shit) before moving on to the next thing :D
Yeah, I still remember the clusterfuck on the day Skyrim was released, 8000 leechers to less than 500 seeders... I'd rather not have anyone experience that ever again ._.
